Affiliated Corporation
Affiliated Corporation. Shall mean any corporation or other entity that is affiliated with Luca Technologies Inc. through stock ownership or otherwise and is designated as an "Affiliated Corporation" by the Board; provided, however, that for purposes of Incentive Options granted pursuant to the Plan, an "Affiliated Corporation" means any parent or subsidiary of Luca Technologies Inc. as defined in Section 424 of the Code.
