Affiliated Director

Affiliated Director. Any director of an Affiliated Institution immediately prior to the time that it is acquired by, or merges or consolidates with, the Bank or any of its Affiliates excluding any such director who becomes a director, employee or independent contractor of the Bank or any of its Affiliates

Affiliated Director. A Director who is also a director, manager, officer or employee of the Advisor or an Affiliate of the Advisor or any corporate parent of an Affiliate.
