Affiliated Group

Affiliated Group. Affiliated Group. Means any Affiliated Group within the meaning of IRC Section 1504, any group of corporations filing a combined report for purposes of corporate franchise or corporate income tax, and any similar group defined under a similar provision of state, local or foreign law.

Affiliated Group. Means any affiliated group within the meaning of Code Sec. 1504(a).

Affiliated Group. Shall mean PeopleSoft, Inc., and/or divisions, subsidiaries or affiliates of PeopleSoft, Inc. or any successors to any such entities.
