Affiliated Holder
Affiliated Holder. Means Nordic Biotech Opportunity Fund K/S and any successor and assigns or permitted transferee of the Affiliated Holder who is a subsequent holder of any Registrable Securities transferred by the Affiliated Holder pursuant to Section 7(c).
