Affiliated Website

Affiliated Website. Means any of the websites hosted and operated by the Client Distribution Channels, the URLs of which are listed in Exhibit B to this Agreement, provided in each case that if at any time such website ceases to be owned, controlled, operated or hosted by the Client Distribution Channels then it shall cease to be an Affiliated Website;
