Age Discrimination Acts

Age Discrimination Acts. Shall mean, collectively, the federal Age Discrimination in Employment Act, 29 U.S.C. § 621 et seq., the New York State Human Rights Law, N.Y. Exec. Law § 290 et seq., the New York City Human Rights Law, § 8-107 and any other applicable law pertaining to age discrimination, as well as any regulations promulgated under any such law.
