Agents

Agents. The term "Agents" means the following: (i) with respect to Landlord, the employees and agents of Landlord; and (ii) with respect to Tenant, the employees, contractors, agents and invitees of Tenant and Tenant's subtenants and their respective agents, employees, contractors, and invitees.

Agents. Shall mean servants, employees, agents, workmen and contractors.

Agents. BTIG, LLC, Citizens JMP Securities, LLC, Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC, J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, Wells Fargo Securities, LLC

Agents. The collective reference to the Co-Syndication Agents, the Co-Documentation Agents and the Administrative Agent.

Agents. Shall mean, collectively, the Working Capital Agent and the Term Loan Agent, and "Agent" shall mean either one of them, as the context requires.

Agents. Employees, students, consultants, and independent contractors or other persons under the control or supervision of EVMS or GMP, as applicable and their respective subcontractors.

Agents. (i) the Administrative Agent under the Bank Credit Agreement (it being acknowledged that as of the date hereof the Administrative Agent thereunder is Bank of Montreal) and (ii) the representative or representatives of the holders of any other Senior Debt as specified in the applicable Designation.

Agents. Each, an "Agent" and together, the "Agents"

Agents. Shall have the meaning set forth in Section 13.3. CERTAIN CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION CONTAINED IN THIS DOCUMENT, MARKED BY BRACKETS, HAS BEEN OMITTED AND FILED SEPARATELY WITH THE SECURITIES AND EXCHANGE COMMISSION PURSUANT TO RULE 406 OF THE SECURITIES ACT OF 1933, AS AMENDED.

Agents. Shall mean with respect to any Person, the partners, members, managers, shareholders, Affiliates, directors, officers, fiduciaries, employees or agents of such Person.
