Aggregate Carrying Costs

Aggregate Carrying Costs. Shall mean the aggregate amount of Carrying Costs incurred during the period from the date of this Agreement until the consummation of a Qualifying Disposition, minus the aggregate amount of Rental Payments and Net Insurance Proceeds, if any, received during such period and applied to pay or reimburse Agent or Pre-Petition Lenders for such Carrying Costs.
