AGGREGATE DOLLAR SALE VOLUME. Shall mean the product of (i) the share volume of sales of Common Stock (as reported on all markets on which the Company's Common Stock trades) on a given Trading Day and (ii) the VWAP on such Trading Day (on the principal market on which such Common Stock is traded).
