Aggregate Equivalent Vote Amount. Means, with respect to any matter, proposition or question on which holders of Pubco Common Stock are entitled to vote, consent or otherwise act, the product of (i) the number of shares of Exchangeable Shares issued and outstanding and held by Holders multiplied by (ii) the Equivalent Vote Amount.
