Aggregate Escrow Obligation
Aggregate Escrow Obligation. Shall mean: (i) as of the Closing, Eighteen Million Dollars ($18,000,000); and (ii) at all times following the Closing, the amount equal to sixty percent (60%) of the Maximum Restitution Obligation, as the same may decrease during the term of this Agreement.
