Aggregate Number

Aggregate Number. Shall have the meaning set forth in the first paragraph of this Warrant Certificate.

Aggregate Number. Upon the effectiveness of this Certificate of Designations, 6,856,000 as such Aggregate Number is adjusted pursuant to Section 6 hereof; which adjustment shall occur whether the dilutive event occurs prior to or subsequent to the date of the issuance of any shares of Series E Stock.

Aggregate Number. Shall mean 6,856,000, as adjusted as provided in the Certificate of the Designations, Preferences and Rights of Series E Preferred Stock of the Company, which adjustment shall occur whether the dilutive event occurs prior to or subsequent to the date of the exercise of this Warrant or the Common Stock Purchase Warrant.

Aggregate Number. Shall have the meaning as set forth in the fourth paragraph of this Warrant Certificate.

Aggregate Number. Means the number of shares of Common Stock issuable by the Company upon exercise of the Option (whether or not then vested), as such number may be adjusted from time to time pursuant to Section 5 hereof. The initial Aggregate Number is the number of Shares identified in Section 1 hereof.

Aggregate Number. Shall mean, at any time to be determined, the number of Warrant Shares for which this Warrant may be exercised at such time.
