Aggregate Payment Amount

Aggregate Payment Amount. Is greater than $1.85 (an "Excess Payment"); provided, further, that if any payment of any Shortfall Payment would result in an Excess Payment, such Shortfall Payment shall be reduced so that the Aggregate Payment Amount through and including the date of such Shortfall Payment equals $1.85 (the "Guaranteed Amount").
