Aggregate Previous Risk Premium Payments

Aggregate Previous Risk Premium Payments. Shall mean, with respect to any Risk Premium Payment, the aggregate amount of all Risk Premium Payments previously received by the Lenders, which shall be deemed to include any portions thereof otherwise paid by, or invested in, the Company in accordance with written instructions provided to the Company, pursuant to Section 2.6 of this Agreement, by the Lender entitled to receive such amount.
