Aggregate Vested Percentage. As of any date of determination, the sum of all Vesting Percentages that have been determined (or will be determined as of such date) for each Vesting Period that has elapsed as of such date. In no event will the Aggregate Vested Percentage exceed one hundred percent (100%).
