Agreed Form. The form of the relevant document in the terms agreed between the Seller and the Purchaser prior to the execution of this Agreement and signed or initialed for identification purposes only by or on behalf of the Seller and the Purchaser (in each case with such amendments as may be agreed or on behalf of the Seller and the Purchaser).
Agreed Form. In relation to any document, the form of that document which has been initialled for the purpose of identification by or on behalf of each of the Parties;
