Agreement Effective Date

Agreement Effective Date. The first date (the "Agreement Effective Date") upon which the Agent shall have received duly executed counterparts hereof that, when taken together, bear the authorized signatures of the Makers, the Agent and the Forbearing Holders.

Agreement Effective Date. Shall mean (i) the first business day that occurs at least 10 calendar days after the entry of the Approval Order, if this Agreement is approved by the Bankruptcy Court other than in connection with a Complying Plan, and (ii) the Effective Date, if this Agreement is approved by the Bankruptcy Court in connection with a Complying Plan.
