Agreement Year

Agreement Year. Shall mean the period commencing July 1 and terminating the following June 30, provided that the first Agreement Year shall be the period July 3, 2006 through June 30, 2007.

Agreement Year. Shall mean the period beginning on July 1, 2006 and ending twelve (12) consecutive calendar months later, and each successive twelve (12) consecutive calendar months period during the Term. 1.6.

Agreement Year. Means, (i) in the case of the first Agreement Year, the period beginning on the Service Fee Commencement Date and ending on the last day of the twelfth Agreement Month; and (ii) thereafter, each successive period of twelve Agreement Months during the term of this Agreement.

Agreement Year. An "Agreement Year" shall mean a period beginning on the Effective Date (or an anniversary of the Effective Date during the Term) and continuing through the earlier of the day before the subsequent anniversary of the Effective Date or the end of the Term.

Agreement Year. Each twelve (12) month period beginning on April 1st of any year and ending on March 31st of the following year. The first Agreement Year shall start on the Effective Date and end on March 31st, 2011.

Agreement Year. Any period of twelve consecutive calendar months beginning with the first full calendar month following the Effective Date.
