Agreement

Agreement. The agreement set out herein together with the Schedules hereto.

Agreement. This Subordination and Intercreditor Agreement and any and all amendments, modifications, riders, exhibits and schedules hereto

Agreement. Except as expressly set forth herein, all terms and conditions of the Agreement, as amended, shall remain in full force and effect. Reference to this specific Amendment need not be made in the Agreement or any other instrument or document executed in connection therewith, or in any certificate, letter or communication issued or made pursuant to or with respect to the Agreement, any reference in any of such items to the Agreement being sufficient to refer to the Agreement as amended hereby.

Agreement. This Anchor Shipper Gas Gathering Agreement for Northern Pennsylvania and any attachments, exhibits, supplements, modifications, special provisions, or amendments thereto.

Agreement. Operating Agreement

Agreement. Means this Manufacturing Services Agreement, together with all Appendices attached hereto, as amended from time to time by the parties in accordance with Section 15.7, and all fully accepted Purchase Orders entered into by the parties.

Agreement. The word "Agreement" means the Prior Agreement as amended, modified, continued and restated by the Credit Agreement.
