Agreement

Agreement. In the event of any inconsistency between the Agreement and the Plan, the terms of the Plan shall govern.

Agreement. The Original Agreement, as amended by this Amendment; and all other capitalized terms used in this Amendment but not defined herein shall have the respective meanings ascribed thereto in the Original Agreement

Agreement. Except as otherwise defined in this Agreement, terms defined in the Amended Credit Agreement are used herein as defined therein. This Agreement shall constitute a Loan Document for all purposes of the Amended Credit Agreement and the other Loan Documents.
