Agreement

Agreement. Means this Master Development and Manufacturing Services Agreement, together with the Appendices attached hereto, as amended from time to time by the Parties in accordance with Section 14.6, whether or not reference to this "Agreement" is followed by the words Appendix, SOW, Quality Agreement or Change Order.

Agreement. Agreement. This Agreement including any annexures or schedules attached hereto.

Agreement. Unless otherwise defined herein, each of the capitalized terms used in this Second Amendment shall have the definition and meaning ascribed to it in the Agreement.

Agreement. The Credit Agreement, and all references to the Credit Agreement in any other Loan Document, shall mean the Credit Agreement as amended hereby

Agreement. Means this Manufacturing and Supply Agreement, including any exhibits or schedules hereto, as such may be amended from time to time, in writing, by mutual agreement of the parties.
