Agreement

Agreement. THIS SECURITY AGREEMENT (as amended, modified or supplemented from time to time, this "Agreement") made this 31st day of March, 2009 (the "Closing Date") by and between Ray-Carroll County Grain Growers, Inc. as Creditor ("Creditor"), and Show Me Ethanol, LLC, having its principal place of business at 26530 Highway 24 East, Carrollton, MO 64633 ("Borrower").

Agreement. Means the written agreement setting forth the terms and provisions applicable to each Option granted under the Plan. 8

Agreement. The term "this Agreement" means this Note and Revolving Loan Agreement, any concurrent or subsequent rider to this Note and Revolving Loan Agreement and any extensions, supplements, amendments or modifications to this Note and Revolving Loan Agreement and/or to any such rider.

Agreement. Agreement shall include this Second Amendment.

Agreement. Shall mean this Distribution Agreement dated 15 February 2007;

Agreement. Means this Asset Purchase Agreement, including all exhibits and schedules hereto, as the same may be amended or supplemented from time to time in accordance with its terms.

Agreement. Means this Agreement and all Appendices attached hereto, as it may be amended from time to time in accordance with its terms.

Agreement. Means the agreement between the Parties constituted by this document.

Agreement. All capitalized terms not defined in this Agreement are defined in the Hewitt Associates, Inc. Global Stock and Incentive Compensation Plan.
