Agreement

Agreement. Has the meaning such term is given in the introductory paragraph to this Agreement.

Agreement. Means this Development and License Agreement, together with all exhibits annexed hereto.

Agreement. Has the meaning set forth in preamble to this Agreement.

Agreement. Shall have the meaning given in the introduction.

Agreement. Shall mean this Amended and Restated Purchase Agreement DCT-021/03, as amended, supplemented or otherwise modified in accordance with Article 30 and includes all attachments and schedules hereto.

Agreement. Means this Administrative Services Agreement, as amended or supplemented from time to time, and the exhibits hereto, which are incorporated herein by reference.

Agreement. Means the Severance Agreement (Non-Change in Control) to which these Terms and Conditions are attached, including the Terms and Conditions, which are incorporated by reference in the Agreement.

Agreement. This Amended and Restated Agreement of Limited Partnership, as amended from time to time.

Agreement.
