Agreement

Agreement. For purposes of this Amendment and for all purposes of the Agreement means the Agreement as amended and modified hereby

Agreement. This Shareholders' Agreement, as it may be amended from time to time.

Agreement. This Credit Agreement, as amended by the First Amendment to Credit Agreement, dated March 30, 2007 and the Second Amendment to Credit Agreement, dated July 25, 2007, and as the same may from time to time be amended, modified, supplemented or restated.

Agreement. Except as defined in the Agreement, capitalized terms have the same meanings ascribed to them under the Plan.

Agreement. Has the meaning set forth in the preamble to this Agreement and includes any valid amendments hereto.

Agreement. Means, collectively, this Custody Agreement, any Exhibits hereto and any other documents incorporated herein by reference.

Agreement. This Agreement (including its Schedules and Appendices) as may be supplemented or amended from time to time

Agreement. Any and all initially-capitalized terms used in this Agreement (including, without limitation, in the recitals to this Agreement) without definition shall have the respective meanings assigned thereto in the Original Forbearance Agreement or in the Loan Agreement referred to in the Original Forbearance Agreement, as applicable.

Agreement. This Revolving Credit Agreement, as the same may be amended, supplemented or modified, in writing, from the time to time.

Agreement. This Definitive Master Agreement and all Exhibits and Schedules attached hereto including the Letter of Intent ('LOI') dated April 24, 2006, as the same may be amended or otherwise modified from time to time pursuant to the terms set forth herein. To the extent that the LOI contradicts this Agreement, this Agreement controls.
