Agreement

Agreement. Shall mean the written agreement entered into between the Bank and a Participant with respect to the grant of an Award or an entitlement to receive an Award. A separate Agreement may be entered into with respect to each Award or an Agreement may be entered into with respect to multiple Awards (including current grants and grants to be earned in the future).

Agreement. Means a stock option agreement, Restricted Shares agreement, or an agreement evidencing more than one type of Award, as any such Agreement may be supplemented or amended from time to time.
