Agreement

Agreement. Shall mean this Agreement together with any and all annexes and schedules attached hereto.

Agreement. This Underwriting Agreement, dated as of March 10, 2004, by and among the Underwriters and the NRP Parties

Agreement. Shall mean this Underwriting Agreement, dated as of August ___, 2005, by and among the Underwriters, the NRP Parties and the Selling Unitholder.

Agreement. This Agreement is made in connection with that certain Fourth Amendment to Investment Agreement, dated as of the date hereof, by and between the Corporation and the Investor (as amended, amended and restated, modified or supplemented from time to time in accordance with the terms thereof, the 'Amendment'). All capitalized terms not otherwise defined herein shall have the meanings given to such terms in the Amendment.

Agreement. This Exclusive License Agreement.

Agreement. The earlier of (a) October 31, 2007, or such later date to which the Termination Date shall have been extended pursuant to Section 2.10(d) and (b) the date the Commitments are terminated as provided herein.

Agreement. Shall remain in full force and effect.

Agreement. This Amendment and Restatement dated as of December 16, 2004, as the same may be amended, amended and restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.

Agreement. This Joint Development Agreement in its entirety including the provisions of the CONFIDENTIALITY AGREEMENT.
