Agreements
Agreements. This Agreement and all related written agreements, instruments, affidavits, certificates and other documents, that are executed and delivered by Buyer or Sellers pursuant to this Agreement or in connection with Buyer's purchase of the Assets or any other transactions contemplated by the Agreements, regardless of whether such instruments, affidavits, certificates and other documents are expressly referred to in this Agreement.
Agreements. Means this Agreement, the Registration Rights Agreement and, if applicable, the Penalty Warrants.
