AI Revenue

AI Revenue. Shall mean, with respect to each fiscal quarter of the Company, the Company's total revenue with respect to [AI products]. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, the Plan Administrator will review and approve (and recommend to the Board for review and approval) the calculation of AI Revenue for purposes of the Award and will have final authority over the determination of which portion of the Company's total revenue constitutes AI Revenue for purposes of the Award.
