Example Definitions of "AIP"
AIP. Shall mean the Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc. Annual Incentive Plan as set forth herein and as from time to time amended.
AIP. Any Annual Incentive Plan of the Company, as in effect immediately prior to a change of Control, or predecessor or prior plan, including BMBC's Thrift and Savings Plan and the Company's annual bonus plan
