Aircraft Binding Commitment

Aircraft Binding Commitment. Means a firm, legally binding commitment pursuant to which the Warrantholder or any of its Affiliates has placed a firm order for an aggregate of up to [•] ([•]) eVTOLs, or any combination of such commitments that results in an order, without duplication, for up to [•] ([•]) eVTOLs, in each case pursuant to the terms and conditions of the LOI, the Partnership Agreement, or the Purchase Agreement, as applicable.
