Aircraft Purchase Price
Aircraft Purchase Price. Shall mean the Aircraft price, effective on the relevant Aircraft Contractual Delivery Month, resulting from the application of the relevant Escalation Formula to the Aircraft Basic Price as set forth in Article 3.3.
