Example Definitions of "Airframe"
Airframe. Means the airframe described in Schedule 1 attached hereto and made a part hereof by this reference, as the same may be amended from time to time as set forth below, together with any and all Parts (including, but not limited to, landing gear and auxiliary power units, but excluding Engines or engines) so long as such Parts shall be either incorporated or installed in or attached to the Airframe(s).
Airframe. Means the airframe both Airframes described in Schedule 1 attached hereto and made a part hereof by this reference, hereof, as the same may be amended from time to time as set forth below, together with any and all Parts (including, but not limited to, landing gear and auxiliary power units, but excluding Engines or engines) so long as such Parts shall be either incorporated or installed in or attached to the Airframe(s). Airframe. Shall mean one (1) British Aerospace BAe Series 800A aircraft, manufacturer's serial number 258049, FAA Registration No. N796CH, together with any and all Parts thereof.
Airframe. Means the Gulfstream Aerospace G-IV airframe bearing manufacturer's serial number 1000 and United States registration number N971EC, together with any and all Parts (including, but not limited to, landing gear and auxiliary power units but excluding Engines or engines) so long as such Parts shall be either incorporated or installed in or attached to the Airframe.
Airframe. Shall mean one (1) Piaggio Avanti P-180 aircraft, bearing manufacturer's serial number 1181, FAA Registration No. N189SL, together with any and all parts, components, accessories, radio's and navigational devices (but excluding the Engines installed thereon) from time to time installed thereon or affixed thereto.
Airframe. Shall mean one (1) Falcon 50 aircraft, excluding the Engines, and bearing manufacturer's serial number 210 and bearing Mexican Registration XA-TXB.
Airframe. Shall mean the Lease of One (1) 2005 Challenger 604, Manufacturers Serial Number 5607, FAA Registration No. N954L.
Airframe. That certain 2009 Bombardier Inc. Challenger CL-600-2B16 (Model 605) aircraft bearing U.S. registration number N68888, and manufacturer's serial number 5774, together with any and all Parts (including, but not limited to, landing gear and auxiliary power units but excluding Engines or engines) so long as such Parts shall be either incorporated or installed in or attached to the Airframe.
