Airworthiness Certificate
Airworthiness Certificate. Shall mean, with respect to any Aircraft, an Airworthiness Certificate issued by the FAA with respect to such Aircraft pursuant to the FARs, as the same now exists or may hereafter be amended, supplemented, renewed, extended revised or replaced.
