Alcohol Licenses. The alcoholic beverage licenses for the Shelburne, Rutland and Manchester Restaurants; DWHI holds the alcoholic beverage licenses for the Latham Restaurant; Pittsfield holds the alcoholic beverage licenses for the Pittsfield Restaurant; and D. Craig Christensen, Vice President and General Counsel of AMRESCO, holds the alcoholic beverage licenses for the Avon and Milford Restaurants (collectively the "Alcohol Licenses").
