Alcohol Synthesis Process Design Technology. Or "ASPD Technology" means the detailed process design, heat and material balance, process simulations, equipment specifications, scale-up parameters, other engineering and scientific data which allows the preparation of commercial designs for a process which incorporates the Nipawin/SRC Catalyst and makes use of the N/S Technology as the basis for the design, including without limitation the Intellectual Property in or developed as a result of the pre-FEED and FEED.
