Align Intellectual Property. Any and all Intellectual Property owned or controlled by Align or its Affiliates as of the Effective Date or written, invented, developed or otherwise created thereafter solely by or on behalf of Align or its Affiliates, or separately acquired by Align or its Affiliates, and expressly excludes any Ormco Intellectual Property.
