All initially capitalized terms. Used but not otherwise defined herein have the meanings given to them in the Security Agreement or, if not defined therein, in the Agreement, and this Trademark Security Agreement shall be subject to the rules of construction set forth in Section 1.2 of the Security Agreement, which rules of construction are incorporated herein by this reference, mutatis mutandis.
