Example Definitions of "Allocated Rent"
Allocated Rent. The Fixed Rent and Allocated Rent in effect on May 1, 2005 shall be deemed to be the Fixed Rent and Allocated Rent for the current Lease Year for purposes of calculating Fixed Rent and Allocated Rent for subsequent Lease Years (i.e., the Fixed Rent and Allocated Rent in effect on May 1, 2005 shall be deemed to have been the Fixed Rent and Allocated Rent for the entirety of the current Lease Year)
