Allocation Percentage. The parties hereto agree that the numerator determined pursuant to clause (a)(i) of the definition of "Allocation Percentage" in Section 1.1 of the Series 2005-3 Indenture Supplement only for the Monthly Period beginning on September 22, 2009 shall be the Collateral Amount calculated as of the end of the day on September 22, 2009.
