Allocation Year

Allocation Year. Means each of the 2004, 2005 and 2006 calendar years. If performance target goals are met, it is the current intention of the Company that Allocation Year would extend to calendar years beyond 2006; provided however, that any such extension shall be at the sole and absolute discretion of the Board and there is no binding obligation to do so.
