An unsecured claim against a Debtor which either (i) was listed on the Debtors' Schedules of Assets and Liabilities and not marked as "contingent" "disputed" or "unliquidated", (ii) allowed by an order of the Bankruptcy Court, or (iii) temporarily allowed pursuant to Bankruptcy Rule 3018 by an order of the Bankruptcy Court or a stipulation with the Debtors
