Alteration

Example Definitions of "Alteration"
Alteration. Any addition or change to, or modification of, the Premises made by Tenant, including without limitation, fixtures, but excluding Trade Fixtures as defined in this Section.
Alteration. Any addition or change to, or modification of, the Premises made by Tenant after any initial fixturing period, including, but not limited to, the installation of fixtures, Tenant's trade fixtures, and Tenant's improvements as defined in this Lease.
Alteration. Or Alterations means any or all changes, additions, expansions, improvements, reconstructions or replacements of any of the Improvements, both interior or exterior, and ordinary and extraordinary, other than the Construction Project
Alteration. Any or all changes, additions (whether or not adjacent to or abutting any then existing buildings), expansions (whether or not adjacent to or abutting any then existing buildings), improvements, reconstructions, removals or replacements of any of the Improvements or Equipment, both interior or exterior, and ordinary and extraordinary.
