Alternate Exercise Price

Alternate Exercise Price. The exercise price to be paid by a Transferee to the Transferor in respect of the Option Shares issued to such Transferee as set forth opposite his/her name in Schedule A in the event that the Performance Targets (as defined herein) have not been met by the Group;
