Amalgamation
Amalgamation. Means the amalgamation of Trigen Energy Canada Inc. with 3051739 Nova Scotia Company, a newly formed Nova Scotia unlimited liability company, to form TEC, a Nova Scotia unlimited liability company, which occurred as of June 7, 2001.
