Amended Agreement

Amended Agreement. Has the meaning set forth in the recitals hereto.

Amended Agreement. The Agreement as amended hereby

Amended Agreement. The Original Agreement, as amended by, and together with, this First Amendment, and as hereinafter amended, modified, extended or restated from time to time, being called the "Amended Agreement"

Amended Agreement. The Sixth Amended and Restated Registration Rights Agreement dated as of December 22, 2006 (the "Amended Agreement"), by and among the Company and the individuals and entities listed on the signature pages thereof and any other individuals or entities that may have executed a counterpart signature page thereto

Amended Agreement. The Original Agreement as amended by this Amendment is referred to herein as the "Amended Agreement."

Amended Agreement. The Original Facility Agreement, as amended by this Agreement
