Amended Terms

Amended Terms. The following defined terms of Section 1 of the Agreement are hereby amended and restated in their entirety to read as follows: "Parent" means CCF HOLDINGS LLC, a Delaware limited liability company. "Parent Credit Agreement" means that certain AMENDED AND RESTATED REVOLVING CREDIT AGREEMENT dated as of DECEMBER 12, 2018 by and among Parent, as borrower thereunder, COMMUNITY CHOICE FINANCIAL ISSUER, a Delaware limited liability company, and GLAS TRUST COMPANY, a Delaware limited liability... company, as the same may be amended, restated, amended and restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time. "Parent Default" means the occurrence and continuance of an event of default under the Parent Credit Agreement.
