Amended Warrants. The Warrants issued pursuant to the Securities Purchase Agreements are hereby amended and restated substantially in the form attached hereto, respectively, as Exhibit A (the "Amended Warrants") to reflect an erroneous change to the expiration date to the Amended Warrants included in the Forbearance Agreement.
