Example Definitions of "Amendment Fee"
Amendment Fee. Seven Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($7,500)
Amendment Fee. Equal to $495,313, which shall be due and payable on March 31, 2002, if either (a) the Lenders do not approve a proposed sale of Veridian Engineering, Inc., such approval not to be unreasonably withheld, or (b) the Borrower (or any Subsidiary thereof) has not received substantially all of the net cash proceeds from the sale of Veridian Engineering, Inc. by March 31, 2002. The entire amount of the Amendment Fee shall be deemed fully earned and non-refundable upon the closing of this Amendment.
Amendment Fee. In the amount of 0.75% of such Lender' s outstanding Loans, LC Exposure and unused Commitments as of the Restatement Effective Date; provided that the Amendment Fee shall not be payable unless and until this Amendment becomes effective as provided in Section 6 below.
Amendment Fee. Equal to 0.125% of such Lender's Commitment.
Amendment Fee. The Borrower shall pay to the Administrative Agent for the ratable benefit of the Lenders a one-time amendment fee in the amount of Three Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars ($350,000) (the "Amendment Fee") in connection with this Amendment, and the effectiveness of this Amendment shall be conditioned upon the Agent's receipt of the Amendment Fee on or prior to the Effective Date.
