Amendment No. 3 BlueLinx Rights Offering. A rights offering by Parent, pursuant to which Parent distributes to the holders of its common stock subscription rights to purchase shares of Capital Stock of Parent for an aggregate purchase price of not less than $50,000,000, which offering shall be substantially on the terms described in a Registration Statement on Form S-1 filed by BlueLinx with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
