Amendment No. 3

Amendment No. 3. Third Amendment to Amended and Restated Loan and Security Agreement, dated as of May 10, 2011, by and among Administrative and Collateral Agent, Lenders, Borrowers and Guarantors, as the same now exists or may hereafter be amended, modified, supplemented, extended, renewed, restated or replaced.

Amendment No. 3. The Amendment No. 3 to this Agreement dated as of February 8, 2013 by and among the Borrower, the Agent and the Lenders. Amendment No. 3 Effective Date. February 8, 2013.

Amendment No. 3. Amendment No. 3 to Second Amended and Restated Loan and Security Agreement, dated as of June 30, 2014, by and among Agents, Lenders, Borrowers and Guarantors, as the same now exists or may hereafter be amended, modified, supplemented, extended, renewed, restated, restructured, refinanced or replaced.

Amendment No. 3. Amendment No. 3 means Amendment No. 3 to this Agreement, dated as of February 26, 2014, among the Company, the Lenders party thereto, the Administrative Agent and the Collateral Agent.

Amendment No. 3. That certain Amendment No. Three to License Agreement entered into between Connetics and Genentech, effective April 27, 1999. For clarity, the phrase "as amended by Amendment No. 3" as used herein is intended only for ease of reference and not as a limitation.

Amendment No. 3. The Consent and Amendment No. 3 to Second Amended and Restated Loan and Security Agreement, dated as of September 13, 2016, by and among Borrower, Agent and Lenders, as the same now exists and may hereafter be amended, modified, supplemented, extended, renewed, restated or replaced.

Amendment No. 3. Amendment No. 3 to Credit Agreement, dated January [_], 2022, by and among Agent, Lenders, Borrowers and Guarantors, as the same now exists or may hereafter be amended, modified, supplemented, extended, renewed, restated or replaced.
